We carefully prepare and pack each order with attention to detail. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items ship.

    Delivered via DHL or FedEx
    Estimated delivery: 10-15 days after shipping
  • Free Shipping
    Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS
    Estimated delivery: 15-25 days after shipping

International Orders: We proudly serve our global community of mindful shoppers worldwide, with limited exceptions in some Asian countries and remote locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

Intentional Returns & Exchanges

We approach returns and exchanges with mindfulness and care, reflecting our commitment to intentional living and creating harmonious experiences for our community. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your consciously chosen products.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them – unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened beauty and personal care items (Bath, Body & Hand, BEAUTY, Beauty Gifts & Sets, Haircare, FRAGRANCE)
  • Used essential oils and home mists
  • Burned candles (we can only accept returns for unused candles in original condition)
  • Opened incense
  • Books & Magazines (unless damaged upon arrival)
  • Sale items and gift cards (final sale)

The Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

To begin, email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your full name and email address
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any special instructions for your specific items.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once complete.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

We accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend declaring packages as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs fees in your country.
