Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened beauty and personal care items (Bath, Body & Hand, BEAUTY, Beauty Gifts & Sets, Haircare, FRAGRANCE)
  • Used essential oils and home mists
  • Burned candles (we can only accept returns for unused candles in original condition)
  • Opened incense
  • Books & Magazines (unless damaged upon arrival)

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

The Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any special instructions for your specific items.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once this is complete.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

As we serve a global community (with limited exceptions in some Asian countries and remote locations), we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply when returning items internationally.

We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs fees in your country.
